lily belle burk
many o' you have followed lily's story in the news and therefore have seen the same two photos o' her over and over - surrounded by the same words - maybe moved around a bit but still the same sad words tellin' the same horrible story. lily would never want to be remembered as a victim - the final title which was forced upon her. as you can see, she was so very much more.

thank you for the many heartfelt emails and to those of you who have taken the time to leave such kind comments.

Mo, this is so very sweet. Lily was just as fortunate to have you and mini in her life as you were to have had her.

thank you for sharing these photos with us Mo...once the grief and heartache have softened this is how Mini, and you, will forever remember Lily...lovely, loving, exuberant, thoughtful, talented, witty, creative, sometimes silly and forever precious to your heart. God bless, comfort and guide you both until that time arrives. xoxo JudyG

what a beautiful and creative soul....no wonder Mini picked her as a best friend. I can imagine the two of them having the time of there lives together, laughing and giggling like girls do. I know she will be greatly missed but she will never be forgotten. She will forever be a part of Mini's soul and heart. Big hugs and kisses to you both. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

These are all wonderful attributes to show the world about sweet Lily. Yes, much more than a victim. A lively young woman, full of life and promise. That is how she should be remembered.

Loopy and I have been thinking about Mini. Hope she is well, as well as can be expected at a time like this.

Mo, Deb Drooz, Lily's mom here. I've been wondering if you could share these photos with Greg and me.

I have a print-out of the collage on my office wall but would so much like prints of the originals if you still have them.

you can reach me at ddrooz@bhfs.com

thank you and all best.
